PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD · DERIVED STATS · NO FAKE NUMBERS
THE WILD
WITHIN
A lifting tracker with a beast attached. Every stat it shows you is a function of the sets you logged — and the formulas are printed in the app, so you can check the work.
One message when it opens. Nothing else.
THE CONTRACT
NO FAKE NUMBERS
Most lifting RPGs invent the numbers. This one derives them. STR, END and GRIT are pure functions of your training log — e1RM by Epley, weekly Z2 minutes, planned-versus-completed sessions. Open any stat and the app shows you the arithmetic behind it.
STR 69 — THE MATH
squat 142.5 ÷ 82 = 1.74 → 69 bench 101.0 ÷ 82 = 1.23 → 59 deadlift 180.4 ÷ 82 = 2.20 → 79 STR = mean(69, 59, 79) = 69
Capability, not your record: full strength for 21 days after a lift, then −1%/week, never below 75% of your best.
Every number derives from your log. Nothing is invented.
THE LOOP
LOG. DERIVE. CHANGE.
LOG THE SET
Weight, reps, done — three taps, benchmarked against Hevy. Anything that slows the logger down does not ship.
THE MATH RUNS
Epley e1RM, tonnage, Z2 minutes, planned versus completed. Stats are recomputed from your event log, never stored as truth.
THE BEAST CHANGES
Form, rank and mood, all downstream of what you actually lifted. Stop for a month and it goes hungry — your records stand, your current numbers soften.

RANK IS EARNED
UNDER THE BAR
A rank-up is a real test day. The app builds a benchmark session from your current e1RMs — five to eight percent above — and you either hit it in the logger or you don’t. Fail one and it costs you nothing.

THE RULES
WHAT IT WILL NEVER DO
RECORDS NEVER DECAY.
PRs, XP, rank and passed trials are history — nothing takes them back. Current strength does fade when you stop, because claiming a lift you can no longer make would be a fake number.
NO INVENTED STATS.
Nothing is stored as truth except the sets you logged. Every stat is recomputed from that log, on your phone and on the server, identically.
NO JUNK VOLUME.
XP rewards planned overload, not tonnage farming. There is a daily soft cap, and scripted deload weeks count fully toward GRIT.
THE BEAST WAITS.
Early access opens when the logger is fast enough.
